Delivery Times

UK delivery times are approximately 2-3 weeks from date of order, all orders are dispatched using Royal Mail first class signed for service. This will require a signature on delivery and can take 1-2 days to arrive.

We can also offer a guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm, this service would cost £8.50.

If you require your order quicker than the 2-3 weeks standard delivery time please contact us at isseyswimwear@outlook.com to check if we have the capacity to do your order on a quicker turnaround. In nearly all cases this will be achievable. There is an extra charge per item for a rush order which is £8.00.

Returns Policy 

For hygiene reasons products cannot be returned unless they are unworn with the tags and hygiene sticker intact and returned in the same condition they were shipped out. 

Items must be received back to us posted within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items received after this date may be denied or a credit note sent.

Any items that are made to an individuals special requirements will unfortunately not be covered under the standard returns policy.

If the item is faulty on receipt of delivery and has been reported to us within 5 days of receiving your order we can offer a repair, refund or replacement providing it is returned to us in its original state unworn and unused.
